Old Business: (12 Noon to 12:1O PM EDT)
Item One; The membership voted and it was a virtual tie. Having said, that, if we can get a few more members to register and attend we can have Rob talk on both topics.:
Item Two: I would hope to see as many USRN medical recruiters as possible attending this year's Conference and Workshop. So the question is, what can we do as a group or individually to foster that thought?
USRN member Gary Permian has pointed out to the members in his Mastermind Group that one of most important things you can do as a member is to attend, meet, and develop long lasting business relationship with those you met at the conference.
To see who has registered to date, please click on this link.
The following is a list of medical recruiters who have previous attended and haven't register yet this year and or should be encouraged to register and attend
- Andy Haak
- Ron Hakim
- Dan Harp
- Al Hertz
- Randy Jackson
- Merlin McIntire
- Jeff Owens
- Gwen Payne
- Tom Ruff
- Terry Shanner
- Lee Weber
If any one has influence with any of these members please contact them and urge them to register now. Item Three: Last month we began including the pictures of members in their profile page in order to develop a stronger and more personnel business relationship with our members. Coupling faces to the voice on the phone is a step in the right direction. Here is an example. If you would like your picture included with your profile please email one to sendit@us-recruiters.com
Item Four: If you have some goods news to share, like you have already made an XXXX amount of placements this year, please share that with us.- sendit@us-recruiters.com
New Business (12:10 PM- 1:00 PM)
Item One: USRN Member James Warner has two questions for this body and they are:
- Several candidates ask me lately if they need to sign a nondisclosure agreement before I share the company and details with them. It sounds like other recruiters are doing this.
- Question:: Could this be away of curbing candidates from telling other recruiters about our opportunities or applying directly with our clients?
- Question: Has anyone implemented a contractual agreement stating that if a candidate makes it to the final round and then opts to drop out, the candidate would owe the presenting recruiter $500.00 or something to make sure the candidate is serious?: Send your thoughts to sendit@us-recruiters.com
